SUMENEP – Polres Sumenep berhasil meringkus pengedar Narkoba. Dari tangan pelaku berhasil diamankan 1 paket Narkotika (Sabu) ukuran sedang.
Pelaku berinisial UH (30th), Warga Dsn. Tanjung Pagar Desa Pagerungan Kecil Kecamatan Sapeken Kabupaten Sumenep. Penangkapan tersebut dilakukan di teras rumah belakang milik pelaku, Jumat (12/4).
Kejadian ini berawal saat Ka SPKT Polsek Sapeken Polres Sumenep mendapat informasi dari masyarakat terkait maraknya peredaran narkoba di wilayah Kecamatan Sapeken khususnya di Desa Pegerungan Kecil.
Mendapat informasi tersebut Ka SPKT bersama 3 personil Polsek Sapeken ditambah 1 Personil Koramil Sapeken berangkat ke Pulau Pagerungan Kecil menggunakan Speedboat milik Ardi.
Setibanya di Pagerungan Kecil, anggota langsung melakukan penyelidikan terkait informasi pengedar narkoba. Sekira pukul 00.15 Wib, Anggota Polsek Sapeken Polres Sumenep mendapati pelaku sedang berada di teras belakang rumahnya. Namum tersangka nampaknya menyadari kedatangan Anggota, sehingga berhasil melarikan diri.
Saat melarikan diri pelaku membawa sebilah pisau. Anggota melakukan pengejaran terhadap pelaku dan berhasil dihadang oleh petugas.
Pelaku melakukan perlawanan, sehingga terjadi pergumulan di tanah namun pelaku berhasil dilumpuhkan.
Kapolres Sumenep melalui Kasi Humas AKP Widiarti mengatakan bahwa tindakan terukur terpaksa dilakukan karena pelaku dapat membahayakan anggota dan masyarakat .
Saat ini pelaku sudah berhasil diamankan dan atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal narkotika golongan I jenis sabu sebagai mana dimaksud dalam pasal 112 ayat (1) undang undang RI Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika.
