SUMENEP, Jurnalsekilas.Com, Kuasa Hukum Iskandar, Nur Jannah,SH.MH, menyatakan, telah terjadi Penganiayasn berat dan terencana oleh terduga pelaku Inisial ( NW ) terhadap Iskandar warga yang sedesa dengan Pelaku. Hingga saat ini Pelaku belum ditahan dan laporan kepada kepolisian belum memiliki titik terang perkembangan proses penyelidikannya.

Menurutnya, penyidik seharusnya telah memenuhi syarat subjektif untuk melakukan penahanan terhadap pelaku. Pasalnya kasus ini masuk kategori penganiayaan berat yang direncanakan. “Seharusnya penyidik secepatnya meningkatkan statusnya kepada penyidikan karena memungkinkan dijerat pasal 355, 354, 353 dan 351 KUHP,” katanya.
Namun demikian, Mbak Nong panggilan akrabnya pengacara muda ini, memakluminya karena penyidik butuh waktu pemeriksaan saksi-saksi diluar wilayah Batang-batang, dan masih perlu gelar perkara. Ia hanya mengkwatirkan Pelaku melarikan diri sehingga mempersulit penyidik nantinya.
Korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada Polsek Batang-batang Kabupaten Sumenep, dengan Nomor LP : LP-B/05 /V/2023/SPKT POLSEK BATANG BATANG/POLRES SUMENEP/POLDA JAWA TIMUR, tanggal 31 Mei 2023.
Lebih jauh PH korban menyatakan, pendampingan terhadap kliennya akan memastikan bahwa proses hukum ditangani secara profesional dan berjalan dengan terbuka. “Kami mengawal penegakan hukumnya sehingga keadilan tercapai,” ucapnya.
Semula Kapolsek Batang-batang ( IPTU Ratman Desianto, SH) menyatakan bahwa pelaporan tersebut telah masuk dan telah diteruskan ke Polres Sumenep. Kendati demikian, Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep AKP Widiarti menyatakan belum mengetahui ada laporan dari Polsek Batang-Batang.
“Kalau dilihat laporannya baru tgl 31 Mei 2023, ya masih proses pemanggilan saksi, pemeriksaan saksi, Semua butuh proses, perlu waktu,” kata AKP Widiarti.
Sebagaimana tertulis dalam laporan Korban, Penganiayaan terjadi saat korban tengah berada di rumah istrinya, Dusun Pasaran Desa Legung Timur Kecamatan Batang-Batang Kabupaten Sumenep. Kala itu korban tengah melihat petugas telkom yang sedang memasang kabel telkom (Wifi) milik NW.
Kabel yang dipasang itu ternyata mengganggu/mengenai teras rumah istrinya. Kemudian pelapor menegur kepada petugas Telkom tersebut supaya merapikan kabel telkom (wifi). Namun NW merasa tidak terima dan langsung mendatangi korban. Tak lama, pelaku langsung menganiaya korban hingga terjatuh ke tanah akibat pukulan pelaku.
Masih beruntung, para tetangga mereka cepat melerai. Namun korban mengalami luka memar kebiruan di pojok mata sebelah kanan serta luka memar kemerahan pada pipi kanan atas hibgga dirawat di Puskesmas Legung hingga 3 hari ini.
