Sedangkan nama Hasbullah diganti ke Achmad wardi sebagai.KEPALA DUSUN. keduanya diberikan SK yang nomor suratnya sama.dan telah diusulkan ke DPMD,dan sudah masuk data DPMD. namun demikian H.Hasyim lupa tidak merevisi SK kolektif yg ada di Kecamatan.
H.Hasyim juga membenarkan keduanya bekerja terus menerus,sebagai perangkat desa hingga berahirnya tugas saya bahkan pada Pj. Daeng Andi Miftahor Rahman masih bekerja.

Menurut pasal Pasal 13
(1) Kepala Desa memberhentikan Perangkat Desa setelah berkonsultasi dengan Camat.
(2) Perangkat Desa berhenti karena:
a. meninggal dunia;
b. permintaan sendiri; dan
c. diberhentikan.
(3) Perangkat Desa diberhentikan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) huruf c karena: a. usia telah genap 60 (enam puluh) tahun;
b. dinyatakan sebagai terpidana berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap;
c. berhalangan tetap;
d. tidak lagi memenuhi persyaratan sebagai Perangkat Desa; dan
Sementara Pasal 34 berbunyi :
(1) Perangkat Desa yang diangkat sebelum ditetapkan Peraturan Bupati ini tetap melaksanakan tugas sampai habis masa tugasnya berdasarkan surat keputusan pengangkatannya. (2) Bagi Perangkat Desa sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) yang diangkat secara periodisasi yang telah habis masa tugasnya dan berusia kurang dari 60 (enam puluh) Tahun diangkat sampai dengan usia 60 (enam puluh) tahun.
(3) Bagi Perangkat Desa yang habis jabatannya dan belum dilaksanakan masa proses pengangkatan Perangkat Desa tersebut ditunjuk sebagai Pelaksana Tugas Perangkat Desa sampai dengan ditetapkannya Perangkat Desa definitif.
