SUMENEP-KANGEAN, Masih ingatkah kasus dugaan pemotongan bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) dana desa (DD) di Desa Saobi, Kecamatan Kangayan, Kabupaten Sumenep, yang menimpa sejumlah keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM).
Waktu itu didukung surat pernyataan beberapa orang KPM, uang BLT DD tahun 2022 seharusnya Rp.900.000,- diberikan hanya Rp.300.000,- dengan demikian uang sebanyak Rp.600.000,- dipotong oleh petugas desa/ perangkat desa atas perintah kepala Desa Saobi.
Mudusnya adalah, uang diterimakan sebesar Rp. 900.000,- dan di Foto, setelah itu penerima uang tersebut dibuntuti ke rumahnya dan Rp.600.000,- diminta kembali atas perintah Kepala Desa Saobi.
Selang beberapa bulan setelah aksi unjuk rasa dan protes dan bahkan sempat dilaporkan kepihak penegak hukum, muncul skenario seolah-oleh uang dikembalikan lagi, ternyata menurut keterangan masyarakat di Saobi bahwa hal itu rekayasa, alias di Foto dan uangnya diambil lagi, artinya Kades Saobi mempermainkan rakyatnya sendiri.
Itu bohong, mana ada dikembalikan.ujar anggota BPD yang minta dirahasiakan identitasnya.
Perangkat desa yang lain menyebut, itu akal-akalan Kalebun pak, bohong itu semua. Saya hanya tidak mampu menolak Kades, dan saya jadi korban.
Menurut data yang ditelusuri oleh media ini ada 119 orang yang dipotong hingga saat ini belum menerima kembakian dari 600 rb tersebut.
Zainol Hasan, wk Ketua Lomunitas Warga Kepulauan ( KWK ) mendesak APH menindak lanjuti Dumas yang pernah dusampaikan. Bahkan Zinol berjanji akan membuat laporan baru disertai bukti- bukti yang lebih banyak. Ini tidak bisa dibiarkan, sudah terlalu banyak kebohongan yang telah dilakukan. Ujarnya.
