Sumenep, Kasus pelecehan terhadap anak di bawah umur kembali terjadi di Kepulauan Kangean, Kecamatan Arjasa, Kabupaten Sumenep, kejadian ini ke lima kali di tahun 2024 di yuridiksi Polsek Kangean.
Sebelumnya, hal serupa juga pernah terjadi di Kepulauan Kangean Kecamatan Arjasa yang dialami salah satu siswi MTS sebagai korban pelecehan seksual oleh dua orang pemuda dan tidak diproses secara hukum karena RJ.
Namun, kali ini kembali menimpa sebut saja mawar ( nama samaran ) warga desa sumbernangka, Kecamatan Arjasa yang diduga diperkosa oleh tiga orang laki laki asal desa angkatan.
Diketahui, ketiga pelaku berinisial A (16), F (14), dan salah satu pelaku inisial R ( 21 ) tahun merupakan orang dewasa.
Terkait kejadian itu, dibenarkan oleh Agus Salim selaku Kepala Desa Sumber Nangka Kecamatan Arjasa, bahwa ada tiga pelaku (pemuda) warga Desa Angkatan yang membawa perempuan sebut saja si mawar ( nama samaran ) warga Desa Sumbernangka yang diduga telah diperkosa oleh tiga orang tersebut.
iya benar kejadian itu benar terjadi, pelaku harus diproses sesuai dengan prosedur hukum yang berlaku,” Kata Kepala Desa Sumber Nangka Agus Salim
Bahkan, Kades Sumber Nangka meminta kepada awak media untuk dikawal kasus ini supaya dijalankan sesuai prosedur.

Sedangkan Hudri selaku Kepala Desa Angkatan saat di konfirmasi oleh awak media terkait pelaku yang merupakan warganya dirinya terkesan irit bicara.
” Saya titip sementara di Kapolsek demi keamanan, masalah pencabulan itu belum tau karena belum diperiksa pak, ” Ngakunya Hudri Kades Angkatan pada awak media
Tentu jawaban Kepala Desa Angkatan Hudri terkesan lucu, masa ia Polsek Arjasa di jadikan titipan warganya ( pelaku ) atas dugaan pelecehan seksual dengan alasan keamanan.
Maka dalam hal itu, diduga ada upaya untuk memudahkan proses penyelesaian persoalan atau mediasi antara para pihak,sebab hal tersebut tertuang dalam surat yang di tanda tangani Kepala Desa Angkatan Hudri berstempel yang dikirimkan ke Polsek Kangean Arjasa.
Menurut IPTU Nurul Qamar, Kapolsek Kangean, iya benar kejadian itu benar terjadi, pelaku harus diproses sesuai dengan prosedur hukum yang berlaku.
Menurut Kapolsek Kangean yang baru menjsbat 1 tahun ini, pelaku sudah diamankan di Mspolsek Kangean 3 orang, saya saat ini berada di Kapal menuju Kangean demi atensi perkara ini. Imbuhnya.
Sementara menurut verri Karaeng pengamat kebijakan publik, menyatakan Polsek tudak boleh main-main dengan persoalan ini, kejadian terjsdi lagi karena kasus-kasus sebelumnya tidak di proses, jika kejadian yang sumbernsngka ini tidak diproses lagi maka selanjutnya akan terulang lagi dan Kangean disebut Pulau bebas penegakan hukum,sindirnya.
Perlu diketahui, berdasarkan pada UU Nomor 12 tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS) pasal 23 menegaskan tindak pidana kekerasan seksual tidak dapat dilakukan penyelesaian di luar proses peradilan, kecuali terhadap pelaku anak sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-undang.
