Jakarta. JURNAL SEKILAS. Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Nadiem Makarim menerbitkan kurikulum darurat saat Pandemi Corona. Kurikulum darurat ini merupakan penyederhanaan dari kurikulum nasional.
Kurikulum darurat itu diterbitkan lewat Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 719/P/2020 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Kurikulum pada Satuan Pendidikan dalam Kondisi Khusus. Kepmen itu diteken Nadiem pada 4 Agustus 2020.
Dalam keterangan di situs Kemdikbud, Nadiem menyatakan bahwa kurikulum darurat ini adalah penyederhanaan dari kurikulum nasional. Ada pengurangan kompetensi dasar untuk setiap mata pelajaran.
Nadiem juga tidak mewajibkan seluruh sekolah untuk mengikuti kurikulum darurat ini. Berikut 3 opsi yang diberikan :
- tetap mengacu pada Kurikulum Nasional
- menggunakan kurikulum darurat
- melakukan penyederhanaan kurikulum secara mandiri
“Satuan Pendidikan dalam kondisi khusus tidak diwajibkan untuk menuntaskan seluruh capaian kurikulum untuk kenaikan kelas atau kelulusan,” demikian bunyi salah satu poin lampiran Keputusan Menteri tersebut.
Pemerintah juga melakukan relaksasi peraturan untuk guru dalam mendukung kesuksesan pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19. Guru tidak lagi diharuskan untuk memenuhi beban kerja 24 jam tatap muka dalam satu minggu.
Berikut bunyi Kepmen 719/P/2020 tersebut :
MEMUTUSKAN:
KEPUTUSAN MENTERI PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN TENTANG PEDOMAN PELAKSANAAN KURIKULUM PADA SATUAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM KONDISI KHUSUS.
KESATU: Satuan Pendidikan pada PAUD, Pendidikan Dasar, dan Pendidikan Menengah yang berada pada daerah yang ditetapkan sebagai daerah dalam Kondisi Khusus oleh Pemerintah Pusat atau Pemerintah Daerah dapat melaksanakan Kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran bagi Peserta Didik.
KEDUA: Pelaksanaan Kurikulum sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU tercantum dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini.
KETIGA: Dalam hal penetapan Kondisi Khusus sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU dicabut oleh Pemerintah Pusat atau Pemerintah Daerah maka pelaksanaan Kurikulum pada Kondisi Khusus tetap dilanjutkan sampai dengan berakhirnya tahun ajaran.
KEEMPAT: Ketentuan pemenuhan beban kerja minimal 24 (dua puluh empat) jam tatap muka dalam satu minggu dikecualikan bagi pendidik pada Satuan Pendidikan dalam Kondisi Khusus.
KELIMA: Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan. (dtc/azis/yat)
