Veri Karaeng, secara norma baik PP 10 tahun 1983 jo PP 45 tahun 1990, maupun aturan disiplin PNS lainnya, Oknum PNS di RSUD Abuya dan wanita kumpul kebonya harus dikenahi sanksi berat hingga pemberhentian.
Ya, betul, tidak ada peringan bagi kedua oknum tersebut, sehingga mereka layak dapat sanksi berat karena mereka telah mencoreng nama baik institusi RSUD ataupun PNS secara umum. PNS dianggap tukang selingkuh atas ulah satu atau dua orang tersebut.
